PUMP, FOCUS, ZERO CAFFEINE
Most pre-workouts solve one problem (energy) by creating another (jitters, crash, ruined sleep). Red Dot doesn't have that trade-off. It's built for the lifter who wants skin-splitting pumps and razor focus — without a single milligram of caffeine.
9g of L-Citrulline. 4g of L-Tyrosine. Clinical doses of VasoDrive-AP®, HydroPrime®, Alpha-GPC, Rhodiola, and Huperzine-A. The performance side of pre-workout, none of the stim side.
WHY RED DOT EXISTS
The stim-free corner of the pre-workout market used to be empty. Most "non-stim" formulas were just pump powders — citrulline and maybe glycerol, nothing for focus or endurance. Red Dot fills that gap.
It's the pre-workout for athletes who:
- Train late. Caffeine half-life is ~5 hours. A 6 p.m. stim hit wrecks 11 p.m. sleep. Red Dot doesn't.
- Already get caffeine elsewhere. Pre-workout coffee, energy drink at lunch, fat burner. Stacking another 300mg of caffeine on top is how you blow past safe intake. Red Dot stacks clean.
- Are cycling off stimulants. Caffeine tolerance builds in 4–8 weeks. A 1–2 week off-cycle resets receptor sensitivity. Red Dot keeps you training hard during the reset.
- Are caffeine-sensitive. Some people get jitters, anxiety, GI distress from even moderate doses. Stim-free is the right tool.
- Want focus from real nootropics, not caffeine. Tyrosine, Alpha-GPC, Rhodiola, Huperzine-A all support clarity through different mechanisms.
WHAT'S IN RED DOT — CLINICAL DOSES, FULL TRANSPARENCY
Every ingredient broken out by weight. No proprietary blends. Every dose hits the studied range.
L-Citrulline — 9,000mg
The pump engine. L-Citrulline converts to arginine in the kidneys, then to nitric oxide — widening blood vessels and pushing more blood, oxygen, and nutrients into working muscle. The 6–8g range is what shows up in performance studies; 9g is on the high end of that. We use pure L-Citrulline, not citrulline malate, because malate dilutes the actual citrulline content. To hit 9g of citrulline through citrulline malate, you'd need 18g of citrulline malate — almost nobody dose it that high.
L-Tyrosine — 4,000mg
The focus engine. L-Tyrosine is a precursor for dopamine and norepinephrine, the neurotransmitters that handle motivation, focus, and stress resilience. Under physical stress (heavy training), tyrosine helps the brain stay clear instead of fogging out. 4g is double what most pre-workouts use — this is where Red Dot's mental edge comes from.
Malic Acid — 4,000mg
Same malic acid that gets bundled with citrulline as "citrulline malate" — we include it separately at a clinical dose. Malic acid feeds the Krebs cycle (cellular ATP production), helping muscles fire longer before fatigue.
HydroPrime® Glycerol — 2,000mg
The hydration hack. Glycerol pulls water into muscle cells, hyper-hydrating tissue for endurance, fuller-looking muscle, and that "3D" stage-prep look. Particularly effective in hot or long-duration sessions.
VasoDrive-AP® — 508mg
A clinically studied casein peptide (IPP + VPP) that helps blood vessels relax and stay open. Works synergistically with L-Citrulline — one widens vessels, the other keeps them relaxed. The result is sustained vasodilation throughout your session, not just a 20-minute pump window. Full deep dive in our VasoDrive-AP breakdown.
Alpha-GPC 50% — 600mg
An acetylcholine precursor that supports mind-muscle connection, motor control, and power output. The 300mg active dose (50% of 600mg) hits the lower clinical threshold for cognitive and performance benefits.
RhodioPrime® 6X — 250mg
Rhodiola rosea standardized to 6% salidroside. Rhodiola is an adaptogen — helps the body manage physical and mental stress. Translates to better endurance, reduced perceived fatigue, faster recovery between sets.
AstraGin® — 50mg
A patented blend of Panax notoginseng and Astragalus shown to improve nutrient absorption. Every ingredient in Red Dot gets used more efficiently because AstraGin® opens the absorption window in the gut.
Huperzia Serrata Extract — 20mg
Source of Huperzine-A, a natural acetylcholinesterase inhibitor. In plain English: it slows the breakdown of acetylcholine, so the focus benefit from Alpha-GPC lasts longer through your session.
HOW TO USE RED DOT
- Take 20–30 minutes before training. Citrulline pumps peak around the 30–45 minute mark, which lines up perfectly with your warm-up + first working sets.
- Mix with 16–20oz of cold water. Glycerol works best when there's water in the system to pull into muscle cells.
- Stack it with caffeine if you want. Red Dot is built to stack — pair with a stim pre-workout (like SEND IT 3.0) if you want stim on top, or run it solo for clean pump and focus.
- Use as your training-day default if you're sensitive to stim. Anxiety, jitters, sleep issues, GI distress from caffeine? Red Dot avoids all of it.
- Take it any time of day. No caffeine = no late-training penalty. 8 p.m. lift? No problem.
WHO RED DOT IS FOR
- Competitive lifters chasing PRs — full clinical doses, no proprietary blends, third-party tested
- Bodybuilders prepping for stage — glycerol + VasoDrive + citrulline = the vascularity stack
- Endurance athletes — rhodiola + hydration without the caffeine cardio penalty
- Anyone training in the evening — train hard, sleep hard
- Stim-sensitive lifters — finally a real performance formula that won't wreck you
- Stim-cycling lifters — keeps you training at full output during the 1–2 week reset
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How is Red Dot different from SEND IT Stim Free?
Both are stim-free, but they're built around different goals. SEND IT Stim Free is the no-caffeine version of our daily driver SEND IT formula — balanced for general training. Red Dot is purpose-built around pump and focus — bigger citrulline dose (9g), 4g of tyrosine for cognitive sharpness, plus glycerol for vascularity. Pick Red Dot if pumps and focus matter most; pick SEND IT Stim Free if you want the standard ergogenic profile minus the stim.
How is Red Dot different from Pump Action?
Pump Action is our minimalist stim-free pump formula — citrulline + Nitrosigine® focused on pure vasodilation. Red Dot is the upgraded version: same pump game, plus 4g of tyrosine for focus, plus Alpha-GPC, Rhodiola, and Huperzine for cognitive performance. If you only care about pump and want a simple formula, Pump Action. If you want pump and focus, Red Dot.
Can I stack Red Dot with my favorite stim pre-workout?
Yes — this is one of the main use cases. Some lifters take half a scoop of their stim pre-workout + a full scoop of Red Dot for amplified pump and focus without doubling up on caffeine. Just don't combine with a second stim source on the same training day.
Can women take Red Dot?
Yes — all ingredients are dosed for general athletic performance, not body-mass-dependent. Many female athletes prefer Red Dot specifically because it sidesteps the jitters that some women experience with high-caffeine pre-workouts.
Will Red Dot help me sleep better?
By itself, no — it's not a sleep aid. But replacing a 300mg caffeine pre-workout with Red Dot for evening training measurably improves sleep latency and quality. Caffeine half-life is ~5 hours; eliminating that hit at 6 p.m. is a real sleep upgrade.
Is the tyrosine in Red Dot going to affect my mood?
L-Tyrosine supports neurotransmitters (dopamine, norepinephrine) but doesn't act like a mood-altering drug. The effect is sharper mental clarity and focus, especially under physical stress — not euphoria. Comparable to the cognitive boost from a strong cup of coffee, minus the caffeine.
Does Red Dot have the beta-alanine tingles?
No — Red Dot doesn't include beta-alanine. If you want the lactic acid buffer (and the tingles), you'd stack with a beta-alanine source or use a different formula. Red Dot is purpose-built for pump + focus, not muscular endurance buffering.
READY TO GEAR UP?
Red Dot — veteran-built, clinically dosed, third-party tested, stim-free pump and focus. Train hard whenever you want; sleep hard after.
